I have recently returned from my annual trip to my home town, Thessaloniki, where we visited the old “upper” city to enjoy the view and explore the winding streets and quaint houses.
We came across this cute pastel house and decided it was a great backdrop for my outfit pictures.

In February I opened my showroom to the public for the first time and hosted the first Eustratia Open House Day. The event was co-hosted by my friends from Vauhaus and attended by many lovely models I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the last few years. 
I enjoyed setting up the showroom and showcasing my work in an environment that complemented it. It was also great to interact with people, show them the garments in person and talk about the details and shapes, something that isn’t really possible when, like me, you sell mostly online.
Aside from talking about clothes, we also drank champagne, posed for photos and finished of the day with the models having a pillow fight in the bedroom.

This week I’m obsessed with cloud lanterns, chrome painted plantpots, sequin harem pants, making costumes out of fans and owning an armoire cabinet.
This week I’ve mostly been inspired by my new house. I’ve been trying to think of key features and what I need to buy first. I’ve always loved juxtapositions so I’m going for a lot of vintage style items put together in a way that gives off a contemporary feel and artificial items inspired by nature. Candles, fairy light and drapes will feature heavily as always and I will try and post updates as I do it up to inspire others on a similar path.
This week I’ve been mostly obsessed by this middle image. I found it on pinterest under dream closet and was instantly drawn to it. It looked really familiar and I realised that’s because it’s like something I would have in my shop, if it existed. I actually have a lot of similar items planned for my new house.
This week has also been about experimenting with colour in my make up, horse-related shoot inspiration and finding these boots that always seem to be sold out in my size. The tree light unfortunately isn’t available for sale but I’m on the lookout for the next best thing.
